Since 2015, Grant Thornton has been promoting a day dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibility globally, in which each member firm has the opportunity to make a concrete difference for their community. An important day to contribute to the social and human growth of the communities to which we belong and a tangible sign of the social commitment that distinguishes our organization.

Our commitment, however, does not stop at one single day, but continues throughout the year with various initiatives.

This year, colleagues from our Milan office together with those from our Padua office participated in the recovery of the children's play area in the Bande Nere area of Milan. With them there was the We Are Urban Association, a voluntary organization we have been collaborating for years with, which aims to improve the quality of life through redevelopment and valorisation interventions in the city. Colleagues from our Rome office took care of the redevelopment of the urban area of the Prati area, in collaboration with the Retake Association. This spontaneous movement of citizens promotes beauty, livability and urban regeneration, encouraging the spread of civic sense and the responsibility of every citizen in contributing to the civil and economic growth of Italy.
