Perlier Kelemata, a pharmaceutical and chemical group specialized in the cosmetic production, acquired the historical Italian company Weruska, operating within the cosmetic industry and became famous for its products marked Pino Silvestre.

The M&A team of Grant Thornton Financial advisory Services, headed by the partner and CEO Sante Maiolica, and composed by Giovanni Marino and Nicola Cimmino, assisted and supported Weruska in all the aspects related to the deal.
