After working as Head of the M&A department for several years, Sante became a Partner at Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services in January 2017. Since September 2018, he has also held the positions of CEO of GTFAS and Head of Advisory.
Previously, he worked for leading Private Equity funds operating in Italy, including Finlombarda Gestioni, Impresa & Finanza, and Arca Impresa Gestioni.

Sante graduated in Business Administration from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan in 2000, specializing in Corporate Finance, and completed his academic journey with a thesis on Private Equity.
In 2023, he also completed an Executive Business Program at Harvard Business School.
In addition to speaking at courses and conferences at leading Italian universities, Sante has authored numerous publications on investment and finance. He has also contributed to the writing of a book on "alternative investments."
