A collaboration agreement between Grant Thornton and the legal and accounting firm IOOS, a multipractice entity originated from the combination of the legal firm Corti-Deflorian & Partners and the legal and accounting firm Girardi Studio Legale e Tributario was recently announced during the annual Partners’ meeting of Grant Thornton Italian member firms, held in Trento.
The collaboration between IOOS and Grant Thornton will benefit from the fruitful contribution of, respectively, an innovative legal firm set up from the association of professionals with different backgrounds with the aim of assisting businesses by providing a multidisciplinary and tailored assistance, and of an international network operating with 530,000 people in over 140 countries.
Through this agreement, Grant Thornton strengthen their presence in the territory of Trento, by investing in a dynamic and highly specialized firm while offering IOOS an international reach.
Alessandro Dragonetti, Managing Partner and Head of Tax at Bernoni Grant Thornton, participated in the presentation, pointing out the compatibility of Grant Thornton values with those of IOOS.
The President of Confindustria Trento, Fausto Manzana, was present, too, and affirmed how an integrated and multidisciplinary assistance is important for businesses in order for them to grow and create value.
