Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services and Bernoni Grant Thornton assisted Stock Spirits Group PLC, a leading international producer of spirits, with the acquisition of Distillerie Franciacorta, a family-owned company founded in 1901 in Gussago in Franciacorta and one of the leading Italian producers of grappa.
Aim of the operation is the valorisation of the heritage and know-how of the company, whose brands will be maintained and strengthened, as well as the consolidation of the market positioning.
The strong presence of the Stock Group on foreign markets will also allow to foster the internationalisation of the brands.
