Gabriele joined Bernoni Grant Thornton in 1999. Partner since 2006, he works in the Business Process Solutions practice as Global Compliance Reporting Solutions Champion for Italy.
In 2015 he was appointed International Business Centre Director for Italy and he is a permanent member of the global IBC Global Steering Committee of Grant Thornton representing EMEA. He is a Board Member of Bernoni Grant Thornton and Co-Chair of the International Tax Technology Committee of Grant Thornton International.
Gabriele advises on accounting and corporate matters, as well as on domestic and international tax issues. He matured a vast experience in working with Multinationals. While working on cross-border matters he liaised with a number of foreign managers and clients, thus becoming aware of a different way of looking at tax matters and business management. He helps a number of clients to comply with Italian rules and red tape, with the aim of maximising the efficiency of their operations and provides handholding assistance to clients interested in evaluating the benefits of introducing technological and administrative innovations, also through the outsourcing of functions and services.
Among his Business Consulting skills he advises on corporate matters, entity selection and formation, group structuring and restructuring, BPO, tax aspects of M&A.
Gabriele is also a speaker at conferences, courses and masters, author of articles for domestic and international specialised magazines (e.g. IBFD), co-author of Manuale di Fiscalità Internazionale (International Tax Manual), currently at its IX edition.
Graduated in Business Economics and Corporate Law at Bocconi University in Milan in 1999, he holds a Master Degree in Corporate Auditing & Sector Financial Statements Auditing and successfully completed the Grant Thornton International Senior Leadership Programme powered by the University of Oxford.
