Bernoni Grant Thornton, through Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services, has strengthened its advisory practice, adding the Business Risk Services (new partners in charge: Alessandro Leone and Renato Sesana) and strengthening the Due Diligence team (new partner in charge: Stefano Marchetti). Thanks to the entry of the abovementioned new partners and the promotion to partners of Sante Maiolica (M&A) and Enrico Cimpanelli (Forensic), Bernoni Grant Thornton can now rely on 30 people completely dedicated to advisory services.
The norms implementing the professional company in Italy paved the way to new possibilities of doing business for professionals. Some points have already been clarified – from the assigning and performance of a professional engagement, to the participation in a professional company, to the registration in the professional roll – whereas other are still pending.

The second edition of the book on associated professional firms “Professionisti & Studi, associarsi per competere”, written by Giuseppe Bernoni, founder and Managing Partner of Bernoni Grant Thornton is now available in bookshops and online.
