The service manages the entire business trip cycle, from request to approval, expense reporting, and reimbursement, all in full compliance with company policies.

Through a fully digital and integrated system:

  • employees can easily submit travel and expense requests, including via app;
  • managers approve requests based on configurable, trackable workflows;
  • expenses are classified and monitored in real time according to company criteria;
  • advances, transportation, accommodations, and per diems can be managed;
  • digital archiving ensures documents are always accessible and compliant with regulations.

Accounting – Automated integration of payroll data

More and more companies require direct integration between payroll processing and general accounting.
That’s why we offer an automatic posting service for payroll accounting entries, perfectly aligned with the chart of accounts and specific business needs.

Through a preliminary analysis shared with the client, we design and implement a customized accounting layout that enables:

  • automated journal entries for payroll and related costs (earnings, contributions, severance, etc.);
  • data balancing and prevention of double entries;
  • process adaptation to any chart of accounts, including complex ones segmented by cost center, area, job order, or project;
  • file export in formats compatible with the client’s accounting software (e.g. Zucchetti AdHoc, SAP, Teamsystem, etc.).

In addition to monthly payroll entries, we can include:

  • accounting entries for notional severance pay (TFR) costs, aligned with OIC 19 accounting standards, detailing accrued, revalued, and provisioned portions;
  • monthly entries for vacation accruals, leave, and additional salary installments, offering a more accurate reflection of personnel costs in interim financial statements.
