Milan, 26 October 2023 – Bernoni Grant Thornton, Italian member firm of Grant Thornton International Ltd, an international network providing tax, corporate, advisory, IT, and outsourcing consultancy services, acquired Syslab – an Italian software company providing software and IT consultancy services to over 200 companies and professional firms – through its GT Digital division, created in 2022 to support clients in their innovation and digital transformation process.

Syslab Srl, incorporated in 2013 following the transfer of C2Web Srl business unit – specialized in software development – to a new company, has been offering ad-hoc solutions for professional firms and SMEs, such as Studio Plan, CRM software for accountancy and labour consultancy professional firms, and Planner+, an ERP system addressed to small and medium enterprises.

The business plan developed by Bernoni Grant Thornton to support the acquisition includes investments aimed to strengthen Syslab positioning on the market, by speeding-up its product development, its integration with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace platforms, and the improvement of its cloud services.
