Leoni Grant Thornton & Partners stems from the extensive experience of Studio Leoni, founded by Eugenio Leoni, now President. A respected professional in the field of labor consultancy, Eugenio Leoni has led the firm since its inception, playing a key role in its market success and laying the foundation for a consulting approach based on seriousness, precision, and continuous focus on the client.

Over time, the firm has expanded its services and supported client companies in digitizing processes and managing human capital strategically.

Since January 2025, we have been operating under the name Leoni Grant Thornton & Partners, a new name marking the definitive union with Bernoni Grant Thornton, one of the leading international networks in business and HR consulting.

This evolution allows us to offer our clients an even more complete, structured, and valuable service, oriented towards the integrated management of business and HR processes.
