Giovanni joined Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services in December 2017 within the M&A & Debt advisory team and in September 2025 has been appointed Partner.
Giovanni received his degree in Business Economics from University LUISS Guido Carli in 2005. In 2006 Giovanni received a master’s degree in international economics at University Tor Vergata.
Giovanni acquired experience in the M&A and Debt advisory services. Giovanni worked as a Manager in Transaction services department of KPMG, and subsequently in PWC as a Senior Manager within the Business Recovery Services team. His expertise comprises m&a transactions, debt advisory and m&a distressed.
His industry specialties include among others:

- Consumer goods
- Infrastructure
Giovanni held several courses in Finance at LUISS Guido Carli in collaboration with the faculty of Economics and Management.
Giovanni is co-author of the book “Finance for small and medium sized companies” in collaboration with the university of Macerata.
