Experience

Alessandro joined Bernoni Grant Thornton in 2012 and he is the partner in charge of our Padua office.

He has gained extensive experience in various areas, including:

• Corporate, accounting, and tax assistance, both ordinary and extraordinary, for companies operating in the Italian market and multinational groups.
• Structuring and execution of M&A transactions in Italy and abroad, including contract drafting support and Due Diligence activities.
• Legal and administrative supervision as a member of various Boards of Statutory Auditors.
• Audit and review of financial statements to ensure proper bookkeeping and accurate recording of business transactions for leading companies and public entities.
• Assistance in drafting and implementing Organizational, Management, and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 for major industrial and listed companies.
• Legal planning for generational transitions in SMEs and tax protection of family wealth.

Alessandro is a speaker at seminars, conferences, and advanced training courses on tax, accounting, and corporate matters in Italy and abroad, in collaboration with the ODCEC of Padua and Confindustria Veneto Est. He has been a teaching staff member for the Master in International Business for Small and Medium Enterprises (MiBS) at the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Padua.

He also contributes to publications in collaboration with The World Bank, the International Finance Corporation, and Wolters Kluwer.

His clients include companies in the large-scale retail, food & beverage, fashion, and energy sectors. He also assists sports and entertainment professionals, clubs, agents, leagues, and federations.

Education

Alessandro received his degree in Business Economics from Ca’ Foscari University in Venice in 1991.

• Registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
• Member of the Executive Committee of Andaf Nord-East.
• Coordinator of the International Relations Studies Commission of the ODCEC of Padua.
