Alberto Alverà

Alberto joined Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services in April 2017 and in July 2022 has been appointed Associate Partner.

Alberto started his professional experience with KPMG in 2005 as an auditor; he subsequently joined a M&A boutique in 2008 and joined PwC in 2010 within Transaction Services department.

From 2014 to March 2017, he was Finance Director of a company operating in the beverage sector.

Along his professional carrier Alberto acquired experience in Transaction Services with focus on:

• financial due diligence (both vendor and buy side);
• support in the financial definition and price mechanism for the SPA;
• pre and post deals services (reporting implementation).

His industry specialties include among others:

• food and beverage;
• industrial products;
• automotive;
• business services;
• chemicals;
• retail and consumer;
• fashion and luxury goods.

Education

Alberto graduated in Business Economics from Udine University in 2003. Alberto also received from the same University his Master of Science in Business Administration in 2005.
