Trasporti Romagna acquires An.Ri Trans

Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services assisted Trasporti Romagna, a company owned by IMI Fondi Chiusi SGR and Unigrains and led by Simone Romagna as Managing Director, in purchasing An.Ri Trans, a company operating in the temperature-controlled food transport industry.

Besides being a pleasure for our advisory practice to assist the company and its shareholders, this deal also proves how Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services is capable of providing a cross-service support to its clients, combining M&A, financial and tax due diligence services offered by different, highly-skilled teams.
