Marco Agnoli

Professional Experience

Born in Fiorenzuola d’Arda (PC) on January 4, 1969, Marco Agnoli is a labor consultant with over three decades of experience and has been a partner at Bernoni Grant Thornton since 2024.

For more than 20 years, he led Studio Agnoli, collaborating with over 400 companies and managing a team of 28 employees, processing more than 5,000 payslips each month.

From 2017 to 2018, he served as Director of the HR Business Unit at F2A, where he coordinated 450 employees and managed 150,000 payslips per month. In 2021, he became a Partner at F2A Professional STP, leading the LinkLabour initiative, which supports companies in administrative, labor law, accounting, and tax matters.

Among their areas of expertise are:

• Payroll administration and management of personnel-related administrative requirements;
• Technical consultancy on labor law, with a focus on contractual classification issues and regulatory compliance;
• Human resource organization and management, encompassing administrative processes and strategic support;

Marco earned a Master’s in Payroll Administration from IPSOA, one of Italy’s leading training institutions.

This educational path provided him with a solid foundation in human resource management and payroll administration, skills he has further developed throughout his extensive professional career.
