The provision of your personal data is optional. However, failure to provide this information may result in the impossibility of participating in the surveys or receiving the aforementioned commercial communications.

The processing and storage of data will take place through IT media suitable to guarantee the security of the processing of personal data, in compliance with current regulatory requirements.

The data may also be brought to the attention of the managers whose work Bernoni Grant Thornton uses in the context of outsourcing relationships, as well as authorized and trained persons, pursuant to art. 29 of the Regulation, to the processing of personal data under the direct authority of the owner or manager for the purposes referred to in this information. The treatments are not subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling.

Without prejudice to communications carried out in compliance with legal obligations (for example, supervisory and control authorities and any public entity entitled to request the data), the data will not be communicated or disseminated. Data processing will be carried out exclusively in a Member State of the European Union (EU) or in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA). Any transfers of data outside the European Union will take place in accordance with the conditions set out in the art. 44 et seq. of the Regulation.
