A conference called “Le opportunità e i rischi fiscali per le società multinazionali” – opportunities and tax risks for multinational companies – organised in collaboration with one of the major Italian universities, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, will take place on Wednesday, 29 March 2017, starting from 9:15 a.m. at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Largo Gemelli 1, Milan – Sala degli Atti Accademici Pio XI.
Many are the issues on the agenda, mainly related to international taxation: from transfer pricing to BEPS, to patent box, to tax control framework, to rulings for new investment and agreement procedures to solve cases of double taxation.
Besides Bernoni Grant Thornton professionals, representatives of the Italian Revenue Office, of OECD and of the European Commission will also participate in the conference. Further, the meeting agenda will include a round table to host some tax directors of multinational groups.
On this occasion, the International Tax Manual (Manuale di Fiscalità Internazionale), edited by A. Dragonetti, V. Piacentini, A. Sfondrini (VII Edition, 2016, Milan) will be presented.
