On 5 October, Renato Sesana participated as a speaker in a conference on cyber security for SMEs at Impact Hub in Trento, discussing the risks and damages related to cyber security.
The event aimed at illustrating to SMEs and to market players in general the risks and damages related to cyber security and the possible safeguards, in the light of the recent domestic and international regulations.
In particular, the conference provided an insight on prior actions to be taken within cyber security, i.e.: developing suitable governance models, increasing measures to make people aware of cyber security issues, drawing attention to identification and response procedures (rather than only prevention), and indicating GDPR implications in the design of security systems.
