Alessandro Dragonetti was appointed Managing Partner of Bernoni Grant Thornton; Dragonetti, who will maintain his role as Head of Tax of Bernoni Grant Thornton, will be in charge of external activities, including client management, business development, markets, commercial relationships with other Grant Thornton member firms, as well as communication.
Dragonetti will work jointly with Giuseppe Bernoni, Managing Partner and founder, who will be in charge of internal operations. Graduated in Business Economics from Università Bocconi in Milan, Dragonetti joined Bernoni Grant Thornton in 1996 and was appointed Partner in 1999.
Among his areas of expertise are international tax, M&A, R&R and succession planning; he is also member of the European tax advisory committee and of the private wealth solutions steering committee within Grant Thornton International Ltd. Both Managing Partners sit on the firm's steering committee, together with Stefano Salvadeo, Head of Advisory services.
