We are delighted to start the New Year with some important news on our development.
In order to carry on with the development of the services we can offer to clients, Bernoni Grant Thornton, in line with the strategy of the Grant Thornton network, have strengthened their advisory practice.
Specifically, the Business Risk Services (internal audit, governance & control, IT governance, IT security) have been added to the Corporate Finance and Forensic & Investigation services, and the Due Diligence team has been strengthened through the appointment of a dedicated partner. Advisory services are now provided through Bernoni Grant Thornton’s subsidiary Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services.
As regards Business Risk Services, thanks to the integration of Synapse Advisors Srl – a boutique specialized in BRS services – GT FAS can count on two new partners, i.e. Alessandro Leone and Renato Sesana, and on a team of four professionals who will offer new high value-added services.
Also the Due Diligence team can rely on a new partner, i.e. Stefano Marchetti, who has developed his expertise working at a leading international consulting company, where he was in charge of due diligences, as well as of pre- and post-deal services.
Thanks to the entry of the abovementioned new partners, as well as the promotion to partners of Sante Maiolica (M&A) and Enrico Cimpanelli (Forensic), Bernoni Grant Thornton can now rely on 30 people completely dedicated to advisory services.
Further resources will be introduced in the team in the next months, to carry on with our growth strategy.
To integrate this investment in people, we have also invested in new spaces: in addition to the two floors already occupied by Bernoni Grant Thornton, a whole floor of our modern Milan headquarters is now dedicated to the advisory service line.
