On 21 June, the 28th episode of “The House of Leaders” – a TV and web programme dedicated to the future of entrepreneurial leadership – was broadcast.
Among the interviewed personalities, there was Giuseppe Bernoni, who shared his thoughts on the characteristics that a leader must have, especially in today’s ever-changing world. "Being a leader today requires a series of characteristics which were not necessary in the past. We currently live in a globalized and digitalized world, where there is a considerable amount of information and managing such information is extremely difficult", states Giuseppe Bernoni.
"Managing an organization means being able to ensure that it works well, keeping human relationships, being loyal and having the necessary capability and humility to investigate specific problems, which leaders are not always able to face and solve. Therefore, being a leader requires great skills, a high commitment and, above all, great attention to the problems of the organization as well as to the problems of the ever-changing world around us".
