The National Recovery and Resilience Plan (in short also “PNRR”) originates from the need to develop investments for the modernisation of the economy, with a specific focus on technological development. This will be attained through structural investments and reforms aimed at triggering the necessary infrastructure and supply chain modernisation and expansion processes.

One of the pillars of the Recovery and Resilience Plan is the digital evolution of Italy, both through investments for Public Administrations and through tax reliefs for the private sector, linked to investments in technology and IT consultancy.
