Lorenzo joined Bernoni Grant Thornton in 2005 and currently works within the International Tax team, dealing mainly with Transfer Pricing services and coordinating the Global Mobility area. He was appointed as Partner, being effective from 1 January 2021.
He has acquired a significant experience in supporting Italian and foreign international groups. Having a sound expertise in international taxation, he specialized in the Transfer Pricing area, where he has been working with major groups with reference to TP policies, tax audits, APA and MAP procedures. He has also been involved in several Patent Box projects, which concluded with the signing of important agreements with the Italian Tax Authorities.
At the same time, Lorenzo participated in the definition and management of tax and social security issues related to employees, concerning both Global Mobility arrangements, (secondments, business travels, ecc.), and employee incentive plans.

Lorenzo received his degree in Political Science cum laude, in 2002, and a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law and Finance, in 2003, both from the Milan University.
He was also awarded, with full marks, a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law (LL.M) from the University of Sussex, UK.
Lorenzo is a Chartered Accountant in Milan.
