Thanks to his vast experience, the twentieth partner entering Bernoni Grant Thornton will further broaden the Advisory service offer, heading the "Debt Restructuring" service line of Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services, and will develop the new office in Brescia.
Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services Srl, subsidiary of Bernoni Grant Thornton, reached an agreement for the appointment of Giuseppe Bernardi as partner responsible for the Debt Restructuring service line. Bernoni Grant Thornton and its subsidiaries now include 20 partners and about 200 people.
This further development allows Bernoni Grant Thornton to continue strengthening its positioning in the advisory service line and to extend its presence in Italy thanks to a new office in Brescia, led by the new partner.
Giuseppe Bernardi has a thirty-year experience in Corporate Finance and Debt Restructuring, accrued, first, in E&Y and, later, in Business Bridge, the advisory boutique he founded in Brescia.
He was director and chairman in various companies, including Mittel Corporate Finance, Holinvest, Hopa, Carlo Tassara, Bialetti, Lombarda Vita (UBI Banca Group), Tua Assicurazione (Cattolica Assicurazione Group).
He is currently chairman of the religious foundation Alma Tovini Domus in Brescia and member of the steering committee of the banking association “Fondazione Banca del Monte di Lombardia”.
