Bernoni Grant Thornton assisted Deutz AG, global player in the production of diesel engines for professional applications, with the acquisition of the engines division of the Iml group.
In particular, the acquisition concerned the companies Iml Motori, which was already Deutz exclusive distributor in Italy and Romania, and its subsidiaries Iml Service and Iml Motoare. Following the acquisition, the Iml group will focus on Iml Plants division, with the aim to promote the Intergen brand – established in the oil&gas industry and the cogeneration for the combined production of electricity and heat – in the domestic and global market.
