Two appointments in Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services, subsidiary of Bernoni Grant Thornton specialized in advisory services: from M&A, due diligence, post deal services, valuations, business risk services, forensic & investigation, recovery & reorganisation, to IT & cybersecurity consultancy.
Sante Maiolica has been appointed as CEO, together with Stefano Salvadeo, already Co-Managing Partner of Bernoni Grant Thornton, and CEO of GTFAS, while Gabriele Felici has become a member of the Board of Directors.
Graduated in Business Economics at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan specialised in Corporate Finance, before joining Grant Thornton, Sante Maiolica worked with some of the major private equity funds.
After his degree in Economics at Università degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza, Gabriele Felici gained considerable experience in the Tax and Advisory areas. He has been partner of the office of Bernoni Grant Thornton since January 2015 and is also internal auditor of companies and private entities.
